  • Organize to Receive/Transfer/Delivery of finished products properly in time as per procedure & maintain records.
  • Proper maintenance of finished products as per procedure and inventory control.
  • Ensure proper handling of finished products during loading/unloading/transportation to reduce handling damage.
  • Communicate with CRM regarding stock availability/non-availability before delivery.
  • To prepare daily labor wages bill/other bills & submitted to DC in-charge in time & make the payment properly & maintain record.
  • Proper utilization of delivery van to minimize distribution cost & maintain record.
  • Proper utilization of manpower working under distribution.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of Distribution floor.

Job Location: Chittagong Branch
Position Summary: The incumbent shall be responsible for communicating, monitoring and collecting credits from customers. (80% of the time shall be in outdoor environment riding motorcycle)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport and maintain regular communication to instill good relationship with all credit customers.
  • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders like Logistics officer, Account officer and CSA to ensure a coordinate credit collection effort for the branch.
  • Make regular physical visits and phone calls to concerned customers to ensure timely collection of all outstanding credits.
  • Ensure all outstanding credit invoices are supported by necessary documents (VAT chalan, AIT).
  • Report weekly and monthly reconciliation payments received vs. outstanding balances to Branch Manager/Credit Management Executive.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates may also apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure & also work in shifts.
