Customer Care Front
Job Job Responsibilities
  • Make informative and successful interaction with “walk in” customers
  • Provide one-stop customer service as per defined process
  • Escalate critical issues to concerned unit timely
  • Maintain Customer TAT by providing reasonable delivery deadline
  • Provide L1 support to customers

  • Experience in similar field is preferred
