Job Description:
- Prepare process-related purchase orders from Inter related Sec/Department;
- Collect quotation and make effective negotiation of price;
- Ensure the timely purchase of requisitioned items in right manner in terms of both quality and quantity, and its distribution to the respective users/ departments;
- Maintain entry of bills, SPR and MRR to keep official record;
- Get goods and services for the best price and value, and ensure suppliers’ payment within lead time;
- Prepare monthly reports and 'price trend list’ and submit the same on regular basis.
Educational Qualification:
Business Graduate with MBA (Major in Marketing) from NSU, EWU, BRAC, IUB, DU.
Work Experience:
2 to 5 Years.
Job Requirement:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the relevant field, especially on local purchase;
- In-depth knowledge on local purchase operation including suppliers, importers and traders;
- Strong negotiation skill and report writing ability;
- Good knowledge on computer, especially on MS Excel.
