Job Description:
  • Capable of handling Brand`s Retail Shop independently.
  • Capable of guiding Showroom`s Sales Personnel
  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
  • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Determines local marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduate from any recognized University.
Work Experience: 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Requirement:
  • Persons have working experience in Retail Sales of Electronics/ Home Appliances/ Furniture items are highly encouraged to Apply.
  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships and build a client base.
  • Need to be self-motivated and able to work against specific goals and exceed KPIs
  • Confident, Positive, Outgoing Attitude is the heart of this position.
  • Having a strong track record in Retail Sales is a definite asset. However, candidates who indicate a strong desire to develop their Retail Sales skills in order to succeed in a Retail Business will also be considered.
