Job Description:
  1. Responsible for running the overall operations of Internal Audit and internal control system compliance
  2. Prepare the auditing plans and program according to the identified risks and risk-contingents to resolve.
  3. Conduct various audit presentations on pre-audit risk assessment, audit opening meeting, audit closing meeting, management committee meeting etc.
  4. Ensure identification of potential cost saving areas during audits.
  5. Review all financial records, reports, systems and control process of the Group and in house department.
  6. Review the existing operational flows and business activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Prepare comprehensive Audit findings report and formulate recommendations for management`s implementation.
  8. Contribute to the design and development of Internal Audit tools and processes.
  9. Conduct periodic internal audit by field visit outside Dhaka and make recommendations.
  10. Monitor day to day financial transactions maintained by respective account departments.
Educational Qualification:
M. Com. / MBA with CA qualified or Minimum Advanced level completed
Work Experience:

Job Requirement:
  • Age above 35 year(s)
  • Familiar with International Financial Reporting, Standards, International Auditing Standers, Income Tax & VAT Laws, Companies Act etc.
  • Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Minimum 10 year(s) in a manufacturing industry (Garments & Textile preferable)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit, Accounts, Cash Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) in group of company specially RMG / any group of manufacturing units .
